WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO

Diversity is Digital Efficiency!

Digital Ladies & Allies is a non-profit organisation based in Paris, France. Our mission is to promote diversity in tech and increase the number and visibility of women in this sector, from their early age, through concrete actions. Thanks to the commitment and the power of influence of our members (both women & men), we drive change towards a more inclusive tech industry with a positive impact on Humanity and our Future.

Women & Girls unite to empower future of Tech!

#WoGiTech "The largest intergenerational gathering of Women & Girls in Tech" offers a feminine face to Tech careers. Together with our founding partners BNP Paribas, Simplon and BECOMTECH, we organise a public, private and associative doers-meetup at VivaTech to unify the initiatives for more gender diversity in the digital sector and to multiply the impact: inspiring talks, mentoring and job sessions, digital treasures hunting... come out and play!

>> Meet us on June 17-18

#LicornLadies

Today's female start-ups, the unicorns of tomorrow!

Facing the facts that there are currently no 100% French female unicorns and that women led start-ups received less than 1% of venture capital investments in 2021 (all-time high for the French Tech with a total of 11.57 B€ raised) , Digital Ladies & Allies launches a program to unleash female entrepreneurship. We organize empathy workshops to identify women's difficulties on their fundraising journey with the objective of designing a "ready to go" toolbox. Get into the groove!

>> Stay tuned, work in progress. You're welcome to join!
